Tormanas belongs to the Gevara Group, which has worked in transport and logistics since 2007. The group fleet runs to more than a hundred trucks.
When the goods and the transport sit inside the same group, the usual argument about who caused a delay disappears. We plan the route ourselves and see the load the whole way.

We ship partial quantities from stock in Vilnius, so a first order can be a few pallets. For direct loads from the factory the economics usually start to work at a part container.
Goods held in Vilnius arrive within one or two working days. For an order placed directly with the factory allow two to three weeks, depending on the producer and the season.
Invoice, delivery note, origin and quality documents, declarations of conformity and batch numbers. Producer certificates and specification sheets are supplied on request.
Yes. Labels with ingredients, allergens, a nutrition table and retailer codes are prepared and applied in our own warehouse, so goods arrive shelf-ready. The same applies to Latvian, Estonian or other markets.
We take it up with the producer, not the customer. Because we buy directly and have long relationships, a replacement or credit is usually agreed within days.
