Primeluci Fratelli Gallo
Primeluci is the Gallo brothers' family business in Sicily, running since 1944. The line "when pasta is everything" has followed the company for more than seventy-five years.
The dough is made from durum wheat semolina alone and extruded through bronze dies. Bronze leaves the surface rough, so sauce clings to the pasta and cooking behaviour stays predictable even in large kitchens.
The range is built from three lines: the Classics in blue packs, Le Speciali in burgundy and the bronze-shaped series that is treated as the flagship. Alongside them sit 100% Sicilian wheat and wholemeal products.
