Los Curado
Los Curado is a family business from Almendralejo in the province of Badajoz. Five generations have done the same work: fermenting, dressing and packing olives to recipes handed down within the family.
Raw material is selected from the best growing zones and production runs in modest batches, so each lot keeps a taste close to home cooking. The range covers green and black olives, stuffed olives and speciality types.
Everything is packed in glass jars and cans, with formats adapted to both retail shelves and HoReCa kitchens.
