Serpis
Serpis was founded by Cándido Miró Rabasa in 1926 in Alcoy, in the province of Alicante. He was the first to produce anchovy-stuffed olives industrially, and that product is still the brand's signature.
The basis of its success has barely changed in a century: carefully selected Manzanilla olives and fillings prepared in-house from natural ingredients. The company also holds the licence to produce olives under the worldwide Tabasco® brand.
The range today runs to more than six hundred references and reaches over fifty countries. Production is certified to the BRC and IFS food safety standards, and the anchovy supply chain carries MSC sustainable fishing chain of custody.
