Rosso Gargano
Rosso Gargano is a growers' company in Puglia, near the Adriatic. It owns the land the tomatoes grow on, which means it controls the whole route from seedling to harvest.
At one point the growers made a decision that is rare in this sector: to build their own processing plant. As a result the harvest reaches the line the same day and the product keeps the colour and acidity of a fresh tomato.
The range covers peeled tomatoes, passata, chopped tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, in both retail and professional HoReCa formats.
