Vega Baja
Vega Baja works in the fertile Vega Baja del Segura valley in the province of Alicante. The region is known for artichokes and vegetables, and the company processes them almost straight off the field.
The basis is traditional Spanish recipes. Tomate frito, sofrito with onion and salsa basilico are made with extra virgin olive oil, and the finished sauce goes straight into a pan or onto a pizza.
Beside tomato sauces the company offers artichokes and other Mediterranean vegetables in glass and cans, suited to a restaurant and a retail shelf alike.
