Ybarra
Ybarra started in 1842 in Dos Hermanas near Seville, making nothing but olive oil. More than a hundred and eighty years of working with local fruit has shaped a clear Andalusian flavour profile.
In 1965 the company became the first in Spain to produce mayonnaise and cold sauces industrially. Today Ybarra is one of the most recognised food brands in the country, and the group runs seven production sites across different Spanish regions.
After a fire in 2016 the Dos Hermanas plant was rebuilt in eighteen months and is now one of the most modern food factories in Spain.
