Encona
Encona started in 1975 with a single product, West Indian Hot Pepper Sauce. It is still the base of the brand and one of the most recognised hot sauces on British shelves.
The range has since grown into a collection of world flavours, from mild to very hot, built around mango, Scotch Bonnet peppers, maple and smoked chilli.
The sauces work with meat, burgers and street food, which is why both retailers and HoReCa kitchens carry them. The brand is sold in more than fifty countries.
